It provided a valuable opportunity to meet face-to-face with our global network of partners and clients, as well as showcase our industry-leading portfolio of products and services”, said Mizraji.

He remarked that this year, they went all out to create something special for the debut in Barcelona. “On our stand, we presented several exhibits that demonstrated how we’re leveraging AI to redefine the sports betting experience. Visitors could see firsthand how this technology is transforming the way operators and rightsholders engage customers and unlock new revenue opportunities. The energy and enthusiasm at ICE Barcelona were palpable, and we’re thrilled to have been part of such a milestone event. It was a fantastic platform to connect, innovate, and set the stage for the future of the industry,” he added.

“One of the standout features was our interactive basketball court, where we demonstrated end-to-end technology that engages fans and creates immersive experiences. Visitors were able to experience firsthand how we’re using AI to deliver hyper-personalized, hyper-smart, and hyper-immersive experiences for bettors”, he said.

AI Integration, hyper-personalization, hyper-immersion

When asked about upcoming trends for the sports industry, said that the near future will be shaped by three major trends, which will reshape how sports are consumed, driving greater engagement and delivering a more personalized fan experience:

1- AI integration will be a game-changer, enabling hyper-personalized fan experiences by delivering tailored content and insights in real time. 
2- Hyper-personalization will become even more crucial, with AI helping craft experiences that cater to individual preferences, whether it’s language, team loyalty, or expertise level. 
3- Hyper-immersion will play a significant role, as technology—especially through smartphones—will allow fans to engage with content in real time, deepening their connection with the game. 



Impact of ICE Barcelona for Latam

“ICE Barcelona is undoubtedly the largest event in the industry, and it has a significant impact on the LATAM region. The region continues to gain attention due to its rapid growth, especially in markets like Brazil, which is now regulated. This shift has generated even more interest, positioning LATAM as a key player in the global sports betting landscape.”

Regarding market interest, he commented that they saw significant attention from around the world, but Latin America—especially Brazil—stood out. He highlighted the potential of Brazil in particular, that opens up new opportunities for innovation, growth and major developments in the coming years.
